WHM root (dedicated & vps) Password Change How-to
BACK TO HOMEPAGE
1. Login to your account WHM via http://www.yourdomain.com/whm or http://www.yourdomain.com:2086 (https://www.yourdomain.com:2087 for ssl) with your user name and password
2. After logged into your accounts WHM, visit the Change Root Password link
3. Enter your new password, make sure to use a strong password with 8-16+ characters, mixed case (AbCdEfG), combine letters, numbers and symblols, when password strenght shows green or Very Strong 100/100, click Change your
password
now!
4. Your root password is now changed
